Human and technical resources

Autorec has a current staff of 26 people.

All members of staff have their function and responsibilities defined in the Company Organizational Flow Chart and are fully qualified for the job they have.  They carry out their tasks in a perfectly defined assembly chain.

Management supervise and competently train the staff acquiring the necessary technical means to bring our production systems and our staff knowledge to the highest possible point, thus obtaining the best product, providing the best attention and undergoing a continuous process of growth and development.
